The cash-on-delivery money nobody checks

A product teardown of the Razorpay merchant app, and a feature I designed and built for it: COD Remittance Recovery. It checks every Shiprocket payout against the merchant's own orders and hands the founder a ready-to-send claim. Written from both sides, the PM's and the developer's.
